Call for Guitarists:
The New England Guitar Orchestra is looking for a few good guitarists to beef up our team this season. Once again, we will be performing at the Boston Guitarfest, this time joined by members of the New Jersey Guitar Orchestra for commissioned work of Andrew York for the Long Island Guitarfest. As the theme of Boston Guitarfest 2026 is Back to Bach, we have included a new arrangement of Brandenburg's Concerto as well as other fun and interesting pieces.
We rehearse each Saturday morning from 9:30 AM to 12 Noon at the Walter Baker Building 1231 Adams Street, Boston, MA 02124, which is walking distance and within sight of the Milton T-station (the free Ashmont-Mattapan Trolley from Ashmont, Red Line).
